Job summary

Designplus Architecture in Delhi invites an experienced Architect with 3–8 years hospitality sector expertise to lead concept-to-construction documentation for hotels, resorts, and luxury spaces.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with local codes, and deliver detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop.

A strong portfolio and AI integration exposure preferred; B.Arch/M.Arch required; COA registration optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 3–8 years of relevant hospitality design experience.
• Hands-on hospitality projects portfolio (hotels, resorts, etc.).
• Strong design and detailing skills with concept design background.
• Knowledge of current design trends and latest materials.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• AI integration exposure.
• Construction detailing, coordination, and project delivery understanding.
• COA registration preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural/ interior design concepts, schematic designs, design development, and construction drawings for hospitality projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings, GFCs, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, landscape, and other consultants.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Support projects from concept design through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to hospitality projects such as hotels, club houses, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, or luxury developments.
• Strong design and detailing skills with a portfolio demonstrating hospitality work. With good concept designing background.( preferably from reputed consultancy firms)
• Should have strong knowledge of Current Design Trends and latest materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, photoshop.
• Must have latest AI integration exposure/ experience .
• Good understanding ofconstruction detailing, coordination, and project delivery.
• COA registration is preferred.
