Michael Page is seeking a Senior Design Leader for hospitality interiors in Mumbai. The role focuses on strategic design leadership, governance, and managing multi-project portfolios across rooms, public spaces, and F&B environments.

The successful candidate will balance creativity with cost and schedule constraints, supervise design teams, and collaborate with consultants to deliver high-profile projects in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (flexible for strong experience).
• 12-18 years of experience in hospitality design and design management.
• Proven experience handling multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio covering rooms, public spaces, and F&B environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and Adobe tools.
• Strong design acumen with execution mindset.
• Ability to balance creativity, cost, and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills.
