Qualifications

• Ability to create accurate construction drawings and working drawings for contractors.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and site pros.
• Prior on-site interior project experience is an advantage.

Role Description

The Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed drawings and layouts for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction drawings in collaboration with architects and contractors. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, and supporting project execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The Interior Designer will also assist in site measurements, quality checks, and coordination with vendors to manage timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E, including material selection, furniture layouts, and decorative elements.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience in various types of interiors.
• Understanding of Architecture principles to align interior concepts with structural and building requirements.
• Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings, working drawings, and details for contractors and vendors.
• Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (diploma or degree).
• Proficiency in design and drafting software
