Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will collaborate with project teams and clients to develop retail concepts, plan interior layouts, and translate brand guidelines into cohesive spatial solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, producing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing material and finish selections. The role also involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design quality, and address on-site challenges. The Interior Designer will participate in project meetings, maintain documentation, and support timely, budget-conscious delivery of design projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop functional, brand-aligned retail environments.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to produce accurate plans, details, and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills to select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that support design and operational needs.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with retail design standards.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in retail or commercial interiors is an advantage.
