Job summary

Homzinterio in Bengaluru, India is seeking a passionate Interior Designer to transform residential spaces into elegant, functional homes. You will meet clients, capture requirements, and develop creative concepts that align with lifestyle and budgets.

You will design with AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and rendering software, present ideas clearly, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. Fluency in English and a regional language, strong client-handling, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Graduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch, or any graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in residential interior designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Rendering software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into creative, practical designs.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Conduct client presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, and mood board presentations.
• Develop creative and functional residential interior designs in line with client expectations.
• Prepare estimates and quotations and ensure timely collection of payments as per stage-based milestones.
• Conduct client site visits for measurements, design validation, and final checking.
• Design residential spaces using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and relevant rendering software.
• Prepare detailed design presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
• Provide end-to-end interior design solutions, including other home interior solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design journey.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work on weekends as required, as Monday is the weekly off.
