Job summary

Simpliwork Offices Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an experienced interior designer for commercial and corporate interiors. You will develop concepts, prepare drawings, and ensure client alignment.

This role requires strong CAD skills, knowledge of codes, and hands-on site oversight across all project phases. The position offers an opportunity to lead design delivery from concept to completion with close collaboration with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I layouts, GFCs, details, and finish selections.
• Prepare and present design presentations aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation.
• Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet client timelines.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality, and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges while maintaining high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors for smooth communication.
• Apply industry standards, codes, and accessible design requirements.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and costs to propose innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop for design tasks.
• Maintain keen design attention during planning and on-site implementation.
• Ensure quality control and deliver excellence from concept to completion.

• Prepare and present design presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design activities.
• Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet client timelines.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Skillset required:

• Experience in commercial and corporate interior design.
