NoBroker.com seeks an experienced AGM – Design to lead our interior design function, oversee end-to-end residential projects, manage design teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within defined budgets and timelines.

You will set design standards, guide concept to handover, collaborate with sales, procurement, and execution teams, and mentor designers while driving cost optimization and process improvements for Bengaluru's market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in residential interior design and project execution.
• Proven experience in team leadership and end-to-end project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, FF&E, materials, finishes, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru interiors market and local vendors.
