Job summary

Wenwomen Entrepreneur Network in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AGM – Design to lead design strategy and end-to-end delivery of high-impact commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will manage client presentations, coordinate with site teams and vendors, and mentor junior designers, architects and visualizers.

With 7+ years of experience and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and SketchUp, you will ensure quality, budgeting and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, workplace design-build, hospitality, retail or similar sectors.
• B.Arch or Bachelor’s Degree in Design from a reputed university.
• Strong client-facing, presentation and team-management skills.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery and site execution experience.
• Good understanding of procurement, BOQ, budgeting and project economics.
• Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
