Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs
• Coordinate architectural drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications
• Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, progress and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects and consultants
• Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions
• Verify measurements, quantities, bills and project documentation
• Support material selection, estimation, procurement and vendor coordination
• Maintain project records and prepare progress reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, approved drawings and project specifications
• Ensure timely completion and quality handover of projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Architect & Civil Engineer to manage interior design, civil works, architectural coordination and on-site project execution. The role will involve working closely with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are completed with the required quality, timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs
• Coordinate architectural and civil drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications
• Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works

Required Skills

• AutoCAD and working knowledge of design/drafting software
• Strong understanding of civil construction and interior finishing
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and measurements
• Site supervision and project execution experience
• Vendor and contractor management
• Good knowledge of construction materials
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel

Education - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch / Degree in Interior Design.

Candidates with relevant site execution experience and strong technical skills will be preferred.
