Job summary

Nayash Design Studio in Pimpri Chinchwad (Pune) seeks an Interior Architect to conceptualize interior layouts and develop space plans for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Architect role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Interior Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior layouts, coordinating space planning, and creating detailed drawings and specifications for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors, preparing design presentations and mood boards, and ensuring that interior fit-outs align with design intent, budget, and timelines. The role involves site visits for measurements, supervision of execution, quality checks, and resolving design or coordination issues in the field. The Interior Architect will also participate in client meetings, incorporate feedback into design revisions, and support documentation required for smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Interior Architecture for integrated spatial and interior solutions.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out for design development and on-site execution.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Prior experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
