Sykatiya Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Analog Design Architect to lead High-Speed RX architecture definition for SerDes and wireline interfaces. You will own system-level trade-offs across power, performance and area while mentoring the analog design team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture from concept to silicon, with hands-on work on CTLE, DFE, VGA, CDR and PAM4/NRZ signaling in advanced CMOS nodes.

Competenze

• 12-18+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
• Strong expertise in High-Speed RX Architecture Definition and SerDes Design.
• Hands-on experience with CTLE, DFE, VGA, CDR, PAM4/NRZ signaling.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and AMS simulation environments.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple high-speed silicon products.

Are you passionate about architecting next-generation high-speed communication systems? We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Architect to lead the definition and development of cutting-edge High-Speed RX Architectures for SerDes and wireline communication interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Define and own High-Speed RX architectures, driving system-level trade-offs across power, performance, area, and reliability.
