Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, R2R or GL processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in intercompany reconciliations, settlements and month-end close.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate intercompany transactions, recharge entries, allocations, and cross-border charges.
• Prepare and post intercompany journals in line with policies and standards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure all intercompany balances are matched and confirmed before close.
• BS Reconciliations and timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Analyze variances and investigate differences between trading partners.
• Coordinate periodic intercompany settlements and netting activities.
• Engage cross-functionally with teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Analyst to support global intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and compliance activities. The role involves managing intercompany transactions, ensuring balance sheet integrity, resolving reconciliation issues, coordinating with global stakeholders, and supporting month-end close activities in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate intercompany transactions, recharge entries, allocations, and cross-border charges.
• Prepare and post intercompany journals in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure all intercompany balances are matched and confirmed before close.
• Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliations (BS Recons), and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Analyze variances and investigate differences between trading partners.
• Coordinate periodic intercompany settlements and netting activities.
• Hands on experience in various accounting, reconciliation, reporting & auditing functions.
• Strong analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, management, and customers to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes.
