Job summary

Quantum Care Hospital in Pune District, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced clinician to lead Critical Care, focusing on rapid resuscitation, stabilization, and advanced life-support management in the ICU.

You will conduct daily ICU rounds, oversee ventilator and organ support, and perform invasive procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team. Immediate joiners are preferred; willingness to work all three shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) is required.

Qualifications

• Resuscitation and stabilization skills in critical care.
• Ability to lead ICU rounds and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Resuscitation and Stabilization: Rapidly assess and manage patients suffering from severe trauma, shock, sepsis, or multi-organ failure.
• Daily ICU Rounds: Lead comprehensive morning and evening evaluations to track changes, update treatment plans, and monitor recovery signs.
• Ventilator and Organ Support: Manage mechanical ventilation, dialysis/renal replacement, and vasopressor support.
• Emergency Procedures: Perform invasive bedside procedures like endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.

Clinical Patient Care

• Resuscitation and Stabilization: Rapidly assess and manage patients suffering from severe trauma, shock, sepsis, or multi-organ failure.
• Daily ICU Rounds: Lead comprehensive morning and evening evaluations to track changes, update treatment plans, and monitor recovery signs.
• Ventilator and Organ Support: Manage complex life-support technology, including mechanical ventilators, dialysis/renal replacement, and blood pressure-boosting medications.
• Emergency Procedures: Perform invasive bedside procedures like endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be willing to work in all three shifts .i.e. Morning, Evening and Night duties.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
