The ideal candidate will have ICU-specific qualifications (IDCCM/EDIC/MD Anesthesia/Medicine) and hands-on experience with invasive procedures, sepsis management, and emergency resuscitation. On-site duties in Sagar will apply.

Qualifications

• IDCCM/EDIC/MD Anesthesia/Medicine with ICU training is required.
• Candidates must be skilled in invasive ICU procedures and critical care management.
• Fluency in managing ventilators, multisystem emergencies, and ICU documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICU rounds, manage ventilators, sepsis, shock, and other critical care conditions.
• Perform invasive procedures like central lines, intubation, chest tubes.
• Handle emergency cases with multi-organ failure and ensure proper ICU handovers.
