Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced reconciliation expert to work on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms and related tools.

You will leverage SQL Server, Perl/Shell scripting, and modern DevOps practices to design and implement robust reconciliation solutions. Collaborate with global teams across the finance tech domain, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in reconciliation on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or similar tools such as DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM.
• Strong understanding of Nostro, Depot, Inter-system and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient in SQL Server Database technology, writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Good scripting knowledge in Perl or Shell.
• Experience with job schedulers like Autosys or Control-M.
• Ability to design and implement new features from business/technical requirements.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using Jenkins/TeamCity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reconciliation processes on FinTech platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams for development and maintenance of applications.
• Support technical evaluation, root cause analysis, and gap analysis.
• Gather and document business requirements and communicate with business users.
• Ensure test runs and release cycles meet quality standards.
• Contribute to integration with upstream and downstream processes.
• Assist in defining long-term solutions to recurring issues.

Job Description

• 8+ years experience in developing reconciliation on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or likewise tools (DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM etc)
• Good Understanding of Nostro, Depot, Instersystem and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient SQL Server Database Technology; good in writing queries, Stored Procedures, performance running.
• Good Scripting Knowledge: Perl Scripting or Shell Scripting
• Proficiency in any Job Schedulers (Autosys or Control M etc.)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing new features based on business and technical requirements. Understand existing implementation and deliver the additional functionalities that the business request .
• Support the technical evaluation, root cause & gap analysis, identify the common issue patterns to come up with long-term solutions of issues.
• Excellent knowledge in integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems. Work closely with the globally distributed development teams for development and maintenance applications.
• Responsible for working with business users to gather, understand, collate and document business requirements. Communicate with business to understand the requirement.
• Good knowledge of test run process to produce the desired results and release cycles working with other members of Program and Release team.
• Good understanding of the processes and compliance as laid down by the Program and Project team to produce high quality deliverables and work artifacts.
• Knowledge and experience using Git/Bitbucket for version control is recommended.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins/TeamCity
