Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Reconciliation Specialist to lead reconciliations on FIS Intellimatch or similar platforms.

You will work with Nostro, Depot, inter‑system, and Balance Sheet processes, mentor a 10+ member team, and collaborate with globally distributed developers. The role requires strong SQL Server skills, scripting (Perl or Shell), and experience with Autosys/Control‑M and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in reconciliation on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or similar tools (DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM).
• Good understanding of Nostro, Depot, Inter-system, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient in SQL Server Database tech; writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Good scripting knowledge: Perl or Shell scripting.
• Experience with job schedulers such as Autosys or Control‑M.
• Designing and implementing new features based on business/technical requirements; deliver enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, root‑cause and gap analysis; identify patterns for long‑term solutions.
• Knowledge of test‑run processes to produce desired results and manage release cycles with Program/Release team.
• Experience using Git/Bitbucket for version control.
• DevOps/CI‑CD practices using Jenkins or TeamCity.

• Good understanding of Nostro, Depot, Inter‑system, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient in SQL Server Database technology; skilled in writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Good scripting knowledge: Perl or Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in any job scheduler such as Autosys or Control M, etc.
• Designing and implementing new features based on business and technical requirements; understand existing implementations and deliver additional functionalities requested by the business.
• Support technical evaluation, root‑cause and gap analysis; identify common issue patterns to develop long‑term solutions.
• Knowledge of test‑run processes to produce desired results and manage release cycles with the Program and Release team.
• Experience using Git/Bitbucket for version control is recommended.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members, driving performance and accountability.
• Good understanding of the processes and compliance standards laid down by the Program and Project teams to produce high‑quality deliverables and work artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery practices.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems; work closely with globally distributed development teams for application development and maintenance.
• Responsible for working with business users to gather, understand, collate, and document business requirements; communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
