As an Integration Engineer- Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, providing insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Builds integration components for the DNA conversion wave, applying lessons learned from Systematics. Focuses on DNA-specific data models and Fiserv API patterns, leads a sub-group of Sr. Associate engineers, and supports SIT execution for the DNA wave.
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of client engagement workstreams
• Motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality and meet client expectations
• Identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes and contributing to the firm’s success
