You will own project planning, budgeting, execution, and client coordination while promoting integrity and innovation in delivery.

As a QA Performance - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Software and Product Innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting‑edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
