Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Lead Engineer for Hyderabad, India to partner with the Customer Data Owner and refine the analytics product vision aligned with enterprise strategy. You will support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI in production, and operate in a 24×7 rotating shift model while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Collaborate with Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
• Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
• Clear, timely, and consistent communication with stakeholders
• Continuous improvement through reduction of repeat incidents and alert noise
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms
• Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery
• Apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads
• Restore service quickly and safely. Escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required.
• Provide complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details during escalation
