Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Full Stack Engineer - Manager to lead software development and drive digital transformation for diverse client portfolios across geographies. You will design, code, test in Java, Python, and JavaScript, and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept to deployment.

In this role you will own project delivery, manage client accounts, mentor junior staff, ensure CI/CD practices, and uphold engineering standards.

As a Full Stack Engineer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have
