Job summary

ITCO Industries Limited is seeking an experienced IMS Executive to manage and coordinate the Integrated Management System covering QMS, EMS and OH&S across our Shoolagiri / Hosur operations. Youll lead audits, document control, policy and procedure development, and cross‑functional coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR and EHS, ensuring ISO compliance and continual improvement.

3–5 years of IMS/QMS/ISO experience in manufacturing and Internal or Lead Auditor

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IMS / QMS / ISO experience in manufacturing.
• Mandatory: Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification.
• Hands-on experience in Internal & External ISO Audits, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Document Control.
• Good knowledge of HIRA, Environmental Aspect & Impact and Legal Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems and documentation.
• Prepare, review and control IMS manuals, policies, procedures, SOPs and records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, HR, EHS, R&D and other departments for ISO compliance.
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits and drive closure of NCRs/observations/CAPA.
• Coordinate External Certification, Surveillance and Recertification Audits.
• Maintain IMS records such as HIRA, Environmental Aspect & Impact Register and Legal Compliance Register.
• Monitor QMS, EMS and OH&S compliance and support continual improvement.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings and prepare MIS.

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Graduation in Engineering, Science, Quality or relevant discipline.

Location: Shoolagiri / Hosur
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Department: IMS / Quality

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems and documentation.
• Prepare, review and control IMS manuals, policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats and records for all departments.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, HR, EHS, R&D and other departments for ISO compliance and documentation.
• Plan and conduct Internal Audits, prepare audit reports and drive closure of NCRs, observations and CAPA.
• Coordinate External Certification, Surveillance and Recertification Audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain HIRA, Environmental Aspect & Impact Register, Legal Compliance Register, Objectives & Targets and other IMS records.
• Monitor QMS, EMS and OH&S compliance and support continual improvement activities.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings, prepare MIS and track action-point closure.
• Conduct ISO awareness training and maintain training records.
• Ensure proper document control, revision management and availability of required records.
• Support statutory and legal compliance documentation related to Environment and Occupational Health & Safety.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IMS / QMS / ISO in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Mandatory: Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification in relevant ISO standards.
• Hands-on experience in Internal & External ISO Audits, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Document Control.
• Good knowledge of HIRA, Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment and Legal Compliance.
• Good MS Office skills, documentation and coordination abilities.
• Should be comfortable interacting with multiple departments and shop-floor teams.
• Experience in Polymer / Plastic / Cable / Compounding / Chemical / Technical Textile / Nonwoven manufacturing will be an advantage.
