Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS implementation across locations and extend the IMS framework.
• Conduct internal/external audits and drive CAPA closure across the organization.
• Oversee supplier and customer audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with QA verticals to drive product and process quality improvements.

Job description

Hiring Manager IMS Implementation (Engineering) at Rabale Navi Mumbai. Min Exp- 11+ Years in Integrated Management System. CTC- As Per Industry. Reporting- Director Operations. Education - BE Mech/ Production Engg. Exposure to auto/ auto ancillary industry/ Industry having machine shop set up/Valve/ Actuator manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• System Quality improvement shall be achieved through As Management Representative, reviewing the present IMS system, amending the system as required, extending the IMS system to other locations.
• IMS Ext and Int audits and related CAPA implementation.
• Suppliers assessment for IMS system.
• Suppliers process audit and CAPA implementation.
• Inhouse process audits and CAPA implementation Results from TPI and CAPA implementation.
• Customers audit and CAPA implementation.
• HIRA/ Safety audit and CAPA implementation.
• Environmental audit and CAPA implementation.
• Participate in following meetings wrto system improvement aspect and related CAPAs a) Supplier Rejection and Rework analysis b) Defects analysis/ Operations Improvement c) Customer complaints analysis Reliability Testing encompasses following aspects-Product audits Set up Product Life Testing Lab Conduct various life tests on the products Participate in Product Quality improvements meeting wrto product audits and various life tests.
• Product Certifications-Expected to complete various product certifications for upcoming new product lines like PESO, ATEX, IECEx, CRTU, UL, PED, FM, SIL etc.
• Improvements approach-Knowledge of application of various following tool and techniques is expected for overall system Improvements.APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), DFMEA, PFMEA, Measurement SystemsAnalysis (MSA), Machine and Process Capability Study, Control Plans, Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), 8D Problem Solving Process, 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, 5S, Kaizen.

Coordination

Expect good coordination with other QA verticals namely a) QA TPI and b) QA Product Quality.
