Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics process analysis and financial controlling or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and operational concepts effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a meticulous approach to documentation and process configuration.
• Ability to critically assess and optimize customer requirements for long-term success.
• Experience in leading client workshops and coordinating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Create processes which will serve our customer's logistics processes but also our operational standards and Blueprint
• Ensure process changes align with business objectives (such as Productivity) and the assumed sales cost driver model productivity
• Highlight any process deviations which are not in line with our business objectives
• Clearly articulate requirements and explain complex processes to customers, operations, technical team members and cross-functional teams
• Identify potential roadblocks in customer onboarding and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks
• Document and analyze customer requirements meticulously, ensuring solutions are adaptable across diverse environments
• Evaluate customer demands critically, challenge inefficient requests, and recommend solutions that support long-term operational goals
• Facilitate client workshops, providing clear explanations of our standard processes and ensuring customer expectations are aligned
• Create financial process flows for Freight Audit and Payment which are in line with Kuehne + Nagel's accounting and controlling guidelines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and timely decision-making
