Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic professional to own sourcing and growth of Insurance within the Lending portfolio. You will build and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive acquisition, conversions, and sustained insurance volume.

You will hire, onboard, coach, and manage FSEs to hit sourcing and conversion targets, set daily plans, track pipeline, and drive productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance / lending / financial services sales or sourcing.
• Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred (hiring and managing FSEs/field teams is a plus).
• Comfortable with targets, reporting and a fast-paced lending environment.
