Job summary

Paytm Money Limited in Mumbai seeks a Senior Field Sales Leader to own the Insurance sourcing growth within Lending. Build and lead a field team of Executives to drive acquisition, conversions and insurance volumes.

You will set daily/weekly plans, track pipeline and report progress to leadership. The ideal candidate has proven insurance or financial services sales experience, prior people management, and a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced lending environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, lending or financial services sales or sourcing.
• Experience in managing field teams is preferred.
• Strong field sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with targets, reporting and fast-paced lending environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed for sourcing and oversight.

Role Summary

Own sourcing and growth of Insurance business within the Lending portfolio. Build and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive acquisition, conversions, and sustained insurance volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and grow Insurance business for the Lending team through field and partner channels


• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage FSEs to hit sourcing and conversion targets


• Set daily/weekly plans, track pipeline, and drive productivity across the team


• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal Lending stakeholders


• Ensure process compliance, quality of leads, and accurate reporting


• Identify market opportunities and share ground-level insights with leadership


• Meet individual and team targets for insurance sourcing and business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance / lending / financial services sales or sourcing


• Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred (hiring and managing FSEs/field teams is a plus)


• Strong field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Comfortable with targets, reporting, and working in a fast-paced lending environment


• Willingness to travel as needed for sourcing and team oversight

Education:

Must have completed his graduation
