Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, maintaining records, and communicating with US-based clients. The role requires night shifts (US hours) and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and manage Homeowner Insurance orders accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Maintain records and update internal systems with order status.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email with US-based clients and insurance partners.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
• Office employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Zillow India office and will attend the office 80–100% of the time each month.
