Zillow Home Loans (ZHL) in Bengaluru is seeking an Office-based Title Order Specialist to manage title package orders, review title documents, and keep the processing team informed as orders progress. • Upload and review required title documents including CPLs, Wiring, Closing disclosures based on SOPs
• Update records in Encompass (LOS) and keep the processing team apprised on progress
• Promptly communicate with loan stakeholders on any issues that arise
• Build and maintain cohesive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain company service level and turn-time standards; specific measurables include return-call times, return-email times, and task ordering/completion times
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information and ensure job duties are aligned with compliance/regulatory requirements

About the team

As part of the Zillow Home Loans team, you will play an active role in a vital part of the loan manufacturing process to help Zillow Home Loans customers reach their financial goals! The Title Order Specialist, ZHL team, orders and reviews title packages on all loans submitted to fulfillment. In this role, you will partner with title/escrow companies and Dytrix to ensure quick receipt of docs needed for the loan file. You will update the loan origination software (LOS) and support the Processing team in servicing ZHL’s customers.

This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Zillow has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation subject to applicable laws and relevant Zillow policies. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
