Job summary

TeamLease in Mumbai is seeking an Insurance Process Associate to manage daily administrative and technical workflows of insurance policies. You will collaborate with agents, clients, and underwriters to ensure policy records are accurate and up-to-date.

You will handle policy processing, data verification, premium calculations, record-keeping, and client communications. Night shifts are part of the role, with basic training provided, and opportunities to grow in a dynamic insurance support

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Strong typing, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for client support.
• Familiarity with CRM or insurance database systems.

Responsibilities
