Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and calibration skills.

• Maintain and repair instruments based on DCS and SCADA systems.
• Work with pneumatic control valves and sensors.
• Ensure effective I/O control wiring and circuit reading.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on DCS and SCADA system.
• Sound Knowledge of Various Sensor Used for Temperature, Pressure, Position Control, Reed Switches, Photo Sensor, level switches etc.
• Good Knowledge of Pneumatic Control valves.
• Excellent trouble shooting & calibration skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure transmitter, load cells etc.
• Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.
• RM conveyor / Filling machine maintenance knowledge is an added advantage
