A technology company in Pune is seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to assist in the design and installation of field instrumentation and control systems. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, with 2 years of relevant experience. Understanding of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation is essential. Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Instrumentation engineering (Design / Installation).
• Familiarity with control valves, transmitters, and signal standards.
• Good understanding of wiring standards (4-20 mA, HART, Profibus, Modbus).

• Review P&IDs, Instrument index, Loop diagrams, and datasheets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and client specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in design & installation of Field instrumentation and Control systems.
• Review P&IDs, Instrument index, Loop diagrams, and datasheets.
• Support in selection and sizing of Instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature etc.).
• Work on control panel design, wiring, and integration with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISA, IEC, IS, etc.) and client specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to PLC & DCS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2 years of hands‑on experience in Instrumentation engineering (Design / Installation).
• Familiarity with PLC, DCS, SCADA, Control valves, Transmitters.
• Good understanding of Industrial automation, Wiring, and signal standards (4â20 mA, HART, Profibus, Modbus, etc.). Knowledge of AutoCAD/EPLAN for drawing preparation will be an advantage.
