Job summary

The role involves collaborating with SMEs to translate complex concepts into interactive digital materials, creating storyboards and scripts, and ensuring alignment with NEP 2020 and other standards.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience in instructional design.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning theories and the ADDIE model.
• Experience creating K-12 digital learning materials and assessments.

• Develop formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Continuously research and integrate new educational technologies and pedagogical trends into learning solutions.
