Job summary

MarketStar seeks an Instructional Designer to design, standardize, and develop impactful learning opportunities for all levels of the organization. You will engage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand, support, and advise on specific training needs.

The Learn Ops team focuses on analytics, communications, content development, and process optimization, ensuring scalable programs and knowledge management across markets. A hands-on role with LMS campaigns and Workday/Skillsoft support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning theories, motivation, and instructional design principles.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe and Office 365 applications.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and creating evaluation models.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to translate complex information.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience creating, designing, and developing learning content and materials.
• Experience utilizing a learning management system (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Learning Analytics: Monitor and analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Learning Communications: Design and deliver clear, engaging communications to promote learning initiatives.
• Learning Content Development: Create innovative, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and systems to improve efficiency across programs.
• Knowledge Management: Organize knowledge repositories for easy access to learning resources.
• Synthesize information from stakeholders into cohesive learning content aligned with objectives and values.
• Write and evaluate learning objectives to ensure alignment with MarketStar Core Values.
• Develop recommendations for changes to learning content and materials.
• Serve as a strategic partner to ensure consistency and quality of learning content.
• Research best practices and industry ideas to inform design.
• Manage and execute LMS learning campaigns.

Job Summary

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design, standardization, and development of highly impactful learning opportunities for all levels of the organization. You will engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand, support, and advise on specific training needs.

Learn Ops Responsibilities

• Learning Analytics: Monitor and analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Learning Communications: Design and deliver clear, engaging communications to promote learning initiatives and increase program visibility.
• Learning Content Development: Create and curate innovative, accessible, and learner-centric content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability across programs.
• Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain knowledge repositories to ensure easy access to up-to-date learning resources and information.

Current Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from multiple, diverse stakeholders into cohesive, unified learning content and materials aligning to learning objectives and drive behavioral change
• Write and evaluate learning objectives to determine which delivery methods best support MarketStar Core Values and business objectives that have measurable outcomes
• Develop recommendations for changes and improvements to learning content and materials, ensuring alignment with company objectives and culture
• Serve as a strategic partner to support the consistency and quality of learning content and materials
• Research and incorporate best practices and ideas from the industry and other disciplines
• Manage and execute LMS learning campaigns
• Provide technical support for systems including Workday LMS and Skillsoft LMS

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning & motivation theories, behavioral outcome, technology application, cognitive science and instructional design principles
• Experience working with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe and Office 365 applications
• Experience conducting needs analysis and creating effective evaluation models
• Exceptional verbal, oral, and written communication skills; proven ability to translate complex information
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience creating, designing and developing learning content and materials
• Proven experience utilizing a learning management system

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design or related fields.
• Certification in Instructional Design or related areas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Should be in Regalix MarketStar for minimum 12 months or more.
• Should be having a tenure of 12 months in the current Designation.
• No PIP/CAP 1&2 issued in the last 6 Months.
• No Disciplinary issues in the last 6 months.
• PMS rating to be 3 and above in the last one year or two quarters.
