Job summary

UTI Mutual Fund is seeking a Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales in Bengaluru to lead engagement with institutional clients and distributors, driving AUM growth. You will leverage debt market knowledge and strong communication skills to win new business and manage key accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions, maintain compliance and high service standards, and expand your network for market intelligence.

• Institutional Sales exposure preferred for new acquisitions and market intelligence.
• Drive sales with Institutional Clients and Distributors to grow AUM.
• Ensure channel partners achieve targets across all product categories with measurable SOW growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
• Maintain high service standards, compliance, and operational integrity.
• Good industry networking for leads and insights.
• Strong hunting and farming skills to acquire and grow client relationships.
• 3-5 years of experience within Asset Management, Family Offices, or Wealth Management companies.
• MBA (Finance)
• Strong understanding of financial concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for investors.
