Qualifications

• Education mandatory — B. Pharma or D. Pharma; currently pursuing or engaged in medical sales is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience selling premium or high-ticket services (AOV ₹50k+) via phone or video calls.
• Background in Pharmacy, Pharma, or Allied Health — former Pharmacists, Medical Reps, or Health Professionals who moved into sales are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex health concepts for prospects.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
