Job summary

Accenture PLC in Hyderabad seeks an Inside Sales Management Specialist to drive a future-ready B2B revenue engine. You will transform sales processes, collaborate with global teams, and help design and implement best practices across process and technology.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience in inside sales, a graduation, and readiness to work in shifts as needed. You will engage in lead generation, customer outreach, and contribute to sales and pre-sales activities.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

What would you do?

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles
• Provide support for lead opportunity generation: conduct calls send emails connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales marketing teams.
