Job summary

Accenture Hyderabad is seeking a Digital Inside Sales professional to help transform sales into a future‑ready, digital B2B revenue engine. The Inside Sales Senior Analyst will help design, implement and optimize processes that connect marketing, sales and operations.

You will conduct calls and emails, engage via social networks to generate leads, schedule initial meetings for sales and pre‑sales, and contribute to customer surveys and events. Requires 5–8 years of experience and any graduation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in inside sales (minimum).
• Graduation in any field is required.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: conduct calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads.
• Schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales and coordinate with marketing teams.
• Support events, surveys, and product/service awareness on behalf of sales teams.

What would you do?

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles
• Provide support for lead opportunity generation: conduct calls send emails connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales marketing teams.
