Tekskills Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive to drive qualified leads for US IT staffing on a full-time basis. The role requires targeting and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven ability to meet monthly lead targets. Prior CRM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation for US IT Staffing.
• Cold Calling, Email Campaigns & LinkedIn Outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
• Knowledge of the US Staffing market is mandatory.
