Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales/lead generation for US IT staffing.
• Experience with cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to close meetings and build client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to track leads and progress toward monthly targets.
