Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in testing Android and iOS applications. You will be responsible for ensuring our mobile applications deliver a seamless, secure, and reliable experience to our users (both business owner and consumers). Experience in utility or b2c, b2b apps just like (Justdial, Indiamart etc.) will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive:

• Perform manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Present service offerings to clients and conduct negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX teams, and product managers for timely delivery.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions, OS versions, and screen resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines.
• Document test findings and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in release planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in mobile app testing (both Android & iOS).
• Proven experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, TestFlight, Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack, etc.
• Strong knowledge of mobile automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Postman, and backend data validations.
• Familiarity with energy tech, solar services, or utility operations, or smart meter apps (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

Nice to Have:

• ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in security testing and data privacy compliance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
• Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
