Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a retail sales assistant to promote and sell water purifiers inside a store in Hyderabad. You will approach customers, understand their needs, explain product features and pricing, demonstrate products, and help customers choose the right purifier.

You will aim to meet monthly sales targets, keep displays attractive, stay updated on products and market trends, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates with retail sales or in-shop sales experience are preferred.

Strong sales and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good product presentation and demonstration skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Comfortable working in a retail store environment.

Ability to coordinate effectively with store staff and the sales team.
