Job summary

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) invites an Innovation Lead to plan, coordinate and execute R&D and innovation programs across the identity domain. The role involves coordinating with startups, academic partners and ecosystem stakeholders, and contributing to documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.

The candidate will help design programs, monitor progress, and prepare KPIs, dashboards and Milestone reports, while supporting MoUs and NDAs with legal and admin

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing strategic partnerships with external entities such as academia, startups and evolving organisations.
• Preferred: exposure to program management, startup ecosystems, innovation funding schemes or government projects.
• Desirable: experience in documentation, coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience drafting MoUs, NDAs and project documents in coordination with legal and admin units.

About the Role

The Innovation Lead will support the planning, coordination and execution of R&D and innovation programs within the organization. The role involves assisting in program design, monitoring project progress, coordinating with startups, academic partners and other ecosystem stakeholders, and contributing to documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.

CTC Range: Rs 13.00 Lakhs to Rs 24.80 Lakhs per annum

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of R&D and innovation programs under the guidance of the Program/Product Manager
• Coordinate with internal teams, startups, academic institutions and industry partners to facilitate project implementation
• Support proposal evaluation, PoC reviews and progress tracking of funded projects
• Develop new use-cases and showcases across industries and technologies related to the identity domain
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and presentations for management review
• Maintain data and records related to project milestones, fund utilisation and deliverables
• Assist in event organisation, hackathons and outreach initiatives related to innovation programs
• Contribute to documentation of best practices, knowledge repositories and learnings from projects
• Assist in drafting MoUs, NDAs and project documents in coordination with legal and administrative units
• Help prepare evaluation frameworks and KPI metrics for funded programs
• Facilitate coordination meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items
