Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a motivated apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team in Uttar Pradesh.

You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring managers to align with our fast-paced tech and analytics focus. You will work closely with experienced recruiters, learn sourcing tools and techniques, assist with job postings, and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Keep candidates informed through communications and updates during hiring.
• Carry out background and reference checks as needed.
