Job summary

Innovaccer Analytics in Noida is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join the People eXperience team. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build strong networks for marketing and sales roles.

The role focuses on market mapping, candidate assessment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Reporting to Manager-Talent Acquisition, this apprenticeship offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–1 year recruitment experience for business roles.
• Experience sourcing from job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Experience in candidate assessment and management.
• Ability to build and analyze reports and handle multiple skills/roles.
• Strong candidate interviewing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
• Ability to solve challenging hiring situations through market data and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree on skill requirements and the selection process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Be well-versed in business hiring.
• Hands-on experience in market mapping and building a strong talent network in marketing and sales roles.
• Ensure system adherence and compliance during recruitment.
• Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
• Oversee post-offer candidate engagement for smooth onboarding.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs.

About the Role

We are looking for Apprentice -Talent Acquisition to join the People eXperience team. You will work with the talent acquisition team and will report to Manager-Talent Acquisition.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & selection process
• Manage end to end recruitment process
• Well versed in business hiring
• Hands on experience in market mapping and building strong talent network in marketing and sales role
• Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance
• Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience
• Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding
• Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs

Preferred Skills
