Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. in Noida is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join the People eXperience team. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to talent mapping for marketing and sales roles.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree with 0–1 year in recruitment, and you will work with a team focused on compliance and candidate engagement to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with 0-1 year of recruitment experience for business roles.
• Hands-on sourcing from job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Experience in candidate assessment and management.
• Ability to build & analyze reports.
• Experience handling multiple skills/roles.
• Strong candidate interviewing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes & systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define skill requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Conduct market mapping and build a strong talent network in marketing and sales.
• Ensure system adherence and compliance through the process.
• Manage selection to deliver excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate post-offer engagement for smooth onboarding.
• Contribute to TA initiatives and programs.

About the Role

We are looking for Apprentice -Talent Acquisition to join the People eXperience team. You will work with the talent acquisition team and will report to Manager-Talent Acquisition.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & selection process
• Manage end to end recruitment process
• Well versed in business hiring
• Hands on experience in market mapping and building strong talent network in marketing and sales role
• Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance
• Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience
• Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding
• Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors/master’s degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment for business roles.
• Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
• Experience in candidate assessment and management
• Ability to build & analyze reports
