Job summary

Vajra Plastics in India is seeking a Production Operator to set up and align metal molds for PVC processing. You will load PVC granules, adjust temperatures, pressures, and cooling, inspect fittings with calipers, clear jams, and report tooling issues while ensuring daily mold cleaning.

Ideal candidates will have 12th Pass education, familiarity with molding equipment, and a commitment to safe, efficient production. This role is on-site with standard manufacturing hours.

Qualifications

• Set up and align metal molds for PVC processing.
• Load PVC granules and manage material flow.
• Monitor and adjust temperatures, pressures and cooling.
• Inspect fittings for flaws using calipers and document results.
• Clear jams and report tooling issues promptly.
• Daily cleaning of molds and maintaining tooling hygiene.

Responsibilities
