Job summary

Valmet is seeking a senior Infrastructure Solution Architect to lead cloud and capacity services in India and Asia. You will blend architecture expertise with service delivery ownership, spanning Azure, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure, to ensure reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

In this senior role, you will drive capacity planning, governance, migration initiatives, and collaboration with regional teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to manage architecture and service delivery across Azure and AWS.
• Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure, compute, virtualization, storage, backup, and capacity/performance management.
• Experience in solution architecture and service delivery management.
• Experience with service-level management, operational improvement, and supplier coordination.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure migrations and projects.
• Excellent English communication skills with global stakeholders.
