Job summary

Travelex in Mumbai, India, seeks a Microsoft & Core Infrastructure SME/Architect to lead strategy, design, and governance of core infrastructure services across Microsoft 365, email, VMware, servers, storage, identity, and directory services.

You will drive architecture standards, guardrails, and security alignment, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, while guiding lifecycle, patching, and upgrades for a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in core infrastructure or enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise platform architecture.
• Experience with Barracuda email security and enterprise email platforms.
• Strong VMware infrastructure knowledge across design and lifecycle.
• Experience with Windows Server platforms and core server infrastructure.
• Identity lifecycle and Entra ID/Azure AD hybrid identity.
• Planning Windows OS upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and governance bodies.

Responsibilities
