The role ensures high availability, security, performance, procurement and compliance of data centres, networks, end-user computing, and core IT services across the enterprise, coordinating with business heads.

• 12-18+ years of IT Infrastructure & Operations experience.
• Strong experience in Data Centre, Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DR.
• Experience in manufacturing / PSU / regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure operations including Data Centre, Servers, Storage, Networks, Cloud, O365, and End-User Computing.
• Ensure 24x7 availability, performance, backup, DR, and business continuity.
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives (cloud adoption, virtualization, automation).
• Own incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with information security, ISO 27001, ITGC, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, OEMs, and service partners with defined SLAs.
• Drive cost optimisation, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle management.

Role Summary:
