Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to design, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments in India. You will drive modernization initiatives, ensure high availability, and lead cross-functional teams including DevOps and cybersecurity to deliver resilient IT systems.

The role requires strong hands-on skills in AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux/Windows administration, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, networking, virtualization, storage, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and configuration-management tools.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, load balancing, firewalls, and routing.
• Experience implementing high-availability, disaster-recovery, backup, monitoring, and business-continuity solutions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, IAM, vulnerability management, patch management, and compliance practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or equivalent tools.
• Strong experience in incident management, root-cause analysis, change management, and IT service management.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, vendors, budgets, and service-level agreements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, VMware, CKA, or Terraform are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure costs and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineers.
