Job summary

Lifenity Health in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai seeks an Infrastructure Establishment Head to lead planning, setup and readiness of healthcare facilities across multiple sites. You will coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, and networking needs, manage vendors and ensure timely approvals and handovers.

The role requires experience in healthcare infrastructure projects, strong project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement oversight to deliver compliant, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in civil engineering, architecture, project management, facilities management or a relevant field.
• Relevant healthcare infra experience is preferred across hospital, clinic or multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute establishment of clinics and other healthcare facilities as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate site identification, layout, space planning and infrastructure needs.
• Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, signage and networking setups.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams for timely project completion.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, estimates and track progress against timelines and costs.
• Obtain required permissions, licenses and NOCs in coordination with functions.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and materials for readiness.
• Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions before handover.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, accessibility and operational readiness standards.
• Maintain project docs, approvals, vendor records and handover records.
• Coordinate final inspection and handover to Operations.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To lead infrastructure planning, establishment and readiness of facilities, ensuring timely setup, required approvals, vendor coordination and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute establishment of new Clinics, MC, IMC and other Jio Arogya facilities as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate site identification, assessment, layout, space planning and infrastructure requirements.
• Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, signage, networking and other facility setup activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants and internal teams for project execution and timely completion.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, estimates and track progress against approved timelines and costs.
• Ensure required statutory permissions, licences, NOCs and facility-related approvals are obtained in coordination with the concerned functions.
• Monitor quality of construction, installations, materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of infrastructure-related equipment, furniture and materials required for facility readiness.
• Conduct site inspections, identify delays/defects and ensure corrective action before handover.
• Ensure facilities meet required safety, hygiene, accessibility and operational readiness standards.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, vendor records, bills, completion reports and asset handover records.
• Coordinate final inspection and handover of completed facilities to Operations.
• Monitor infrastructure maintenance, warranty/AMC requirements and major facility issues after establishment.
• Provide regular project status, cost and risk updates to management.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management or relevant field.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital, commercial or multi-site infrastructure projects.
